MARS can be used in different ways: as a totally integrated service, as a stand-alone system or as a hybrid workflow – embedded into your current systems alongside some staff using the native MARS interface for reporting.

Some firms are already partway down the customer vulnerability journey, or have processes in place for some aspects of managing vulnerable customers. That’s fine – there’s no need to set aside all of the good work you’ve already done. By using MARS’s API, firms can access the functionality that is most valuable to them, leaving other systems or processes in place. This MARS functionality can be integrated into the software you already use.

The MARS API works with a comprehensive range of tools, including C#, Java and JavaScript, PHP, Powershell and Ruby. Firms’ own technical teams can implement MARS in the way that is best for them, working with us to help identify the best workflow for you.
